At Milford Care Centre we recognise that people are our greatest asset. We endeavour to recruit, select, retain and promote staff on the basis of their abilities, experience and qualifications according to the specifications/ requirements of the job.
The overall aim of the Human Resources Department is to contribute to the organisation's goals and objectives so as to provide the best care to patients, residents and their families.
We provide a support service to the Heads of Department, Line Managers and Staff by the provision of timely advice and guidance in all matters concerning the employment of staff and also enhance the harmonious relationship that exists between staff members and management.
In conjunction with Heads of Department, Line Managers and Staff, the HR Department is responsible for devising, implementing and evaluating personnel management policies and procedures so as to guide managers and staff in the effective execution of their personnel management responsibilities.
