Palliative Day Care

We aim to provide a supportive and welcoming place for you to come and stay with us for a day.

At our Day Care Centre we:

• Can assess your needs and help you identify your own plan of care
• Can offer you a variety of services and therapies
• Will complement care provided by your GP and Public Health Nurse
• Work in close collaboration with the Specialist In-patient Unit and Hospice at Home team
• Offer you an opportunity to meet and socialize with people in similar situations
• Provide respite for your family and those who are close to you
